Apple have updated their Sky+ app so you can now Pause, Rewind, Fast Forward, Change channel and scroll the menus from your iPad without interrupting your TV viewing.
The re-designed app also has a new guide which features improved navigation and searching of the genre tabs.
Later this year SKY are to introduce new technology which will enable your iPad to become a second screen allowing you to watch two of your favourite programs at once.
Sky said "To benefit from the new design, users need to have the new Sky guide on their Sky+ HD box and must make sure their iPad and box are connected to the same WiFi network".
